Before you start
Bring your own example and an account for the tool, where needed. These lessons are free to read; external tools may charge or limit access. Use non-sensitive material that you have permission to share. Menu labels and features can change.
Follow the steps
- Export or manually record your own post data for a consistent period. Include post, date, reach, interactions and enquiries, where available.
- Remove personal data. Keep missing values blank rather than changing them to zero.
- Ask the AI to explain its calculations using the prompt. Recalculate a few rows yourself in a spreadsheet.
- Choose one test for next week. Compare similar formats and observation windows before deciding what worked.
Your copy-and-use prompt
Replace the bracketed fields with your own details.
Review this table: [data]. Define each metric before calculating. State the denominator for every rate. Keep missing values separate from zero. Identify patterns as hypotheses, not proof of causation. Suggest one small content experiment and a metric for judging it. Do not project sales from views alone.
Try it yourself
Compare three posts using the same seven-day observation window and write one testable hypothesis.
Check your result
Check denominators and missing data. A post with more views is not automatically better for enquiries.
