Follow the steps
- List five questions customers actually ask. Prepare approved answers for pricing, operating hours, booking and refund rules.
- Paste only the relevant policy into a fresh conversation. Replace customer names and private details with placeholders.
- Use the prompt below for one question at a time. Compare its answer with the approved policy.
- Keep approved replies in a document. Review each message before sending it; this exercise does not connect to or automate WhatsApp.
Your copy-and-use prompt
Replace the bracketed fields with your own details.
Draft a customer reply using only this policy: [approved policy]. Customer question: [question without personal details]. Use warm, plain English, under 70 words. If the policy does not answer the question, say our team needs to confirm. Never promise an exception. End with one useful next step.
Try it yourself
Write a response to a customer asking for a discount that is not in your price list.
Check your result
The reply must not create a discount, booking confirmation or refund promise.
