New to AI? Start here.

One small task.
One useful result.

AI can help draft, organise and explore ideas. It can also get facts wrong. Begin with a task you understand, provide the facts and check the result before using it.

How can a beginner start using AI?

Choose one low-risk task, give the AI your goal and verified facts, request a clear output format, and check the response yourself. A customer reminder or a simple content outline is a better starting point than automating an entire business.

Try this in ten minutes.

Fictional example: a service business needs a booking reminder. The facts below are practice inputs, not an offer from JC AI Trainer.

Write a WhatsApp appointment reminder in under 55 words.
Business: Example Detail Studio.
Appointment: Saturday at 10am.
Action: ask the customer to reply YES to confirm.
Tone: friendly, direct English.
Use only these facts. Do not add an address, price or policy.

A possible checked result

Hi! A quick reminder about your appointment with Example Detail Studio this Saturday at 10am. Please reply YES to confirm. Thank you!

Check: Is the business name correct? Is the time correct? Did the AI invent a fee or cancellation policy? Replace the fictional details before using this for a real customer.

When should you ask for help?

If you have tried one lesson but cannot get a reliable result, bring your task to a guided session. If you are unsure which business task is worth improving, start with a fit check.
